Hi! I'm Rachel,
Scroll down to learn more about my journey.

I struggled with my body and self confidence for the majority of my life. I used to cry every time I got dressed because I hated how I looked in my clothes. For years I tried every quick fix diet under the sun: No carbs, no fats, the military diet, intermittent fasting, intense cardio. I did this for so long that it started to affect my health to the point where I could barely walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded.
Fast forward to my early college years and the quick fix diets switched to undereating & overtraining during the week to binge eating & drinking on the weekends, resulting in the freshman 15 (more like 20).
I finally said enough is enough and did a
complete lifestyle change. I healed my relationship with food and the gym while creating a healthy body. My life has changed for the better because of health & fitness.
Now it’s your turn!

I believe in a restriction free lifestyle. A life without carbs is no life for you or me.
Less is sometimes more when it comes to working out. You should not be spending hours on the treadmill to lose weight.
If you can't sustain it for the rest of your life, you should not be doing it to lose weight.
